Pre-Construction

By partnering with the Owner and the design team before construction begins, Wermers is able to clearly identify the goals of every party and successfully address how these goals will be reached.

Development

Wermers Properties has established itself as a leader in multifamily development by offering its partners and clients a full range of Development and Acquisition Services.

Re-Construction

Wermers has faced some of its toughest challenges in reconstruction and has compiled an excellent performance record. This type of project is one that must be approached with the heightened insight, sensitivity and an understanding of each occupant’s needs.

Product Types

Garden

A low density (14.5 to 32 Units per Acre) apartment community layout that is typically one, two or three stories in height, built using a type-V wood frame design and has street parking or a surface lot.

Wrap

A medium to medium-high density (40 to 60 Units per Acre) apartment community layout that is typically three or four stories, built using a type-V wood frame design and has an above ground concrete parking structure in the center of the community.

Podium

A medium-high to high density (80 to 100 Units per Acre) apartment community layout that is typically four stories in height, built using a type-V wood frame (or other modified) design, and has a concrete parking structure below the ground.

Mixed-Use

Can be any typology at any density, but is typically a podium style project that incorporates any variety of uses including the apartments, office, retail and/or restaurant space.
